Oscars president faces sexual harassment probe

The president of the Oscars Academy, John Bailey, is facing an enquiry for sexual harassment, reports say.

John Bailey, 75, is being investigated for sexual abuse claims by three women.

The Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences – the body behind the Oscars – is probing the case.

The scandal came after Harvey Weinstein, another American filmmaker was accused of sexual harassment and assault by dozens of women including some of Hollywood’s biggest stars in October, 2017.
